UNITED PARCEL SERVICE Description The Attorney General of Florida has informed the School Board of a settlement in the case of United States of America v. United Parcel Service related to certain overcharges for deliveries. The Attorney General has indicated that this represents a favorable outcome of litigation. The School Board's share of the settlement proceeds are $42.22 and must be accepted by November 13, 2015. Correspondence from the Attorney General is attached. Recommendation That the School Board accept its share of the settlement proceeds in the case of United States of America v. United Parcel Service.
